"Some of the biggest names in golf instruction came together to fight the biggest predators in the golf instruction industry."

WOULD YOU DO US A FAVOR? If you are shocked by the evidence below of Chuck Quinton's repeated pattern as the aggressor: stealing ideas of other instructors, packaging it as his own, then threatening legal action - we would appreciate you taking a stand by sharing this page with your friends on social media.

Chuck Quinton's pathological behavior exposed by U.S. Federal Court!

FEDERAL JUDGE RULED: Chuck Quinton 'obfuscated' the origin of Rotary Swing Tour teaching method.

Chuck Quinton WD's.

After learning of their professional relationship, Quinton the aggressor with millions to spare, filed suit against both Kaplan and Thietje in an attempt to strong-arm them out of the industry with lawsuits and a vicious social media campaign, including filing a restraining order and injunction to have this website taken down - a failed attempt to silence Kaplan and Thietje from telling the truth you will learn on this page.

Quinton withdrew his entire lawsuit against Eric Kaplan of AXYSGOLF and Alison Thietje after a Federal Judge ruled that Quinton had 'obfuscated the origin of the teaching methodology behind Rotary Swing Tour.'

The judge named Alison Thietje, as the source of Quinton's Rotary Swing Tour teaching method.

As you will see in the evidence below, Quinton has a repeated pattern of this behavior: stealing ideas from prominent instructors, packaging them as his own, then threatening legal action...

Several PGA Tour Instructors Came Together To Take A Stand Against Quinton.

Quinton's record speaks for itself; as it seems he has a repeated pattern of stealing ideas from prominent instructors, packages it as his own, then threatening legal action...

Have you ever asked yourself, "what is the difference between Chuck's 'RS1' and 'RST' swing models?"

The original RotarySwing came from Jim Hardy, and RotarySwingTour came from Alison Thietje.

Before taking Alison Thietje's ideas to build Rotary Swing Tour; Chuck was not only allegedly accused of taking Jim Hardy's 'One Plane vs. Two Plane' teaching method to build his original Rotary Swing (RS1) teaching system, but it appears Chuck bought the oneplanegolfswing website after watching Jim Hardy teach on The Golf Channel.

After confronted and backed into a corner by PGA Tour Player, Peter Jacobson, it appears from the emails exchanged below that Quinton then tried to sell the oneplanegolfswing website to Hardy for $150,000.

Read some of the emails below provided by Chris O'Connell, which further illustrate Quinton's record.

After learning of their professional relationship, Quinton the aggressor with millions to spare, filed suit against both Kaplan and Thietje in an attempt to strong-arm them out of the industry with lawsuits and a violent social media campaign.

(Read some of Quinton's vicious posts below.)

As you have seen in the evidence on this page, as presented to a Federal Judge, Quinton has a repeated pattern of this behavior: stealing ideas from prominent instructors, packaging it as his own, then threatening legal action...

"With the Chuck Quinton's record has, thank goodness Kaplan stood up to him... What he did first to Jim Hardy was bad, then what he did to Alison Thietje [twice] was awful. If it wasn't for Kaplan, Thietje would have never re-emerged in the market, and who knows Chuck would have gone after next!"

Alison Thietje is the founder of the anatomical absolutes in the golf swing and has over 26 years of experience as a body movement expert for both Tour Pros (1996-2004) and amateur golfers (1996- 2021). In 1996, Alison founded the first personal training company on the PGA Tour, Total Approach Golf LLC (TAG). The TAG client list included Tom Watson, Justin Leonard, Brad Faxon, Stewart Cink, Phil Mickelson, Bernhard Langer and more. Alison was also Golf Digest’s first fitness advisor (1999).

Eric Kaplan is an instructor on The PGA Tour who has specialized in putting and short game. Kaplan has worked with Bernhard Langer and Miguel Angel Jimenez (since 2014), and has even been seen working with Rory McIlroy and Patrick Reed (2016/2017). Kaplan has been a full-swing disciple of Thietje's Body Mechanics for years, and has been mentored directly by her. Kaplan's speciality in putting and short-game began in spending time working with doctors at the Mayo Clinic to develop a way to help golfer's afflicted with Parkinson's putt without tremors after his own father was diagnosed.

As demonstrated to the court, Chuck has had a long history of taking other instructors ideas, packaging them as his own, and then threatening legal action.

Quinton even filed an injunction and restraining order against Kaplan and Thietje by having this website taken down - a failed attempt to silence them.
